A NEW MOVIE ON THE HORIZON

JP KNIGHTS is a new movie being made by GR PRODUCTIONS, in association with VERITAS MISSION FILM ASSOCIATION.  The movie is set in historic Johnstown, PA and is present day in this fantasy based thriller.

In May 2018 a team of prayer warriors are assembling to introduce a story that combines the suspense and action of HARRY POTTER with the supernatural thriller experience found in the best selling book of THIS PRESENT DARKNESS. This is a story of light which will capture the imagination of audiences. 

Screenwriters Dr. Kevin McAfee, Jim Gromer and Beth Lambert are joining forces to take the book, THE HARVESTER CHRONICLES, to the highest levels of competitive cinema.  The faith-based film industry has exploded in record numbers since 2002, when Kevin produced BEYOND THE GATES OF SPLENDOR which later led to the top 20 faith based films of all time, END OF THE SPEAR.

Recently, GR PRODUCTIONS executives traveled to Pennsylvania after the book scored in the top 1% of all adjudicated and reviewed books since the military based film, LAST OUNCE OF COURAGE.  As a direct result, the community of Johnstown is getting behind supporting this movie and are in a series of meetings beginning to launch the movie's screenplay first, followed by the film production. The process takes a couple years and everyone is very excited.

In Harrisburg, the film office for the state of Pennsylvania welcomed the film team and is working in association with the leaders, governmental officials as financiers are being secured to open new doors of commerce and tourism for the state. Amazing memorials for the historic floods of Johnstown, coupled with the FLIGHT 93 Memorial are attractions which will be included in the movie.
